Unlike our other sterling chainmail pieces, those that include niobium cannot be tumbled or else the niobium's pigment will weather or scuff. For the same reason, do not use jewelry polish on these pieces. When you must clean them, buff with a soft cloth to reveal the sterling's luster but maintain the niobium's integrity.
